Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. I will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Each photo is printed on demand, specifically for you, which means it cannot be returned. This approach helps us avoid waste by using only what is necessary from nature.
Final Sale Items: Limited Edition and framed/matted artworks are final sale and cannot be returned.
Altered Artwork: Returns are not accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any way after purchase.
Refunds
Once I’ve received and inspected your return, I will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact me at prints@renatachede.com.
